Why is my trading account locked?

Make sure you have the right account selected and that the competition has started. 

If you receive a notification saying "Trading account locked" when attempting to place a trade, it’s likely because the competition has not yet started. To resolve this:

Double-check the competition start time – Make sure you've selected the correct competition account, and confirm that the competition has already begun. The start time is listed on the competition title card.
